PRAVEX-BANK registered a report about results of “B” series bonds floatation at UAH 100 mln.

<p>29 November 2007 PRAVEX-BANK registered with State securities and stock
market committee the report about results of &laquo;B&raquo; series bonds floatation to the
total amount UAH 100&nbsp;mln. and got a Bonds Issue Registration Certificate №
553/2/07 dated 07.09.2007.</p>

<p>&laquo;The report registration and getting certificate by bank provides a
possibility for investors to purchase/sell &laquo;B&raquo; series bonds at secondary market
that enhances their liquidity&raquo;, &mdash; commented Stepan CHERNOVETSKIY, Head of
Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK.</p>

<p>We&#39;d like to remind that 08 November 2007 PRAVEX-BANK started a public
floatation of &laquo;C&raquo; series bonds to the total amount UAH 220 mln. Papers
profitability since the first till the fourth quarter interest periods &mdash; 13,5%
annuals. Circulation term &mdash; 3 years. Annual offer is also envisaged on bonds.
International rating agency Moody&#39;s assigned to &laquo;C&raquo; series PRAVEX-BANK&#39;s bonds
issue to UAH 220 mln. a long-term rating B2 on international scale and also
long-term rating А3.ua on national scale.</p>

• 25 december 2007 PRAVEX-BANK paid uah 3,1 m. of interest income for the first coupon period on “B” series bonds
• 28 december 2007 Bonds of JSCB “PRAVEX-BANK” of “B” series are included into quotations list of PFTS second level.
• 11 february 2008 PRAVEX-BANK paid UAH 6,6 m. of interest income for the first coupon period on “C” series bonds
• 12 february 2008 PRAVEX-BANK finished earlier “C” series bonds allocation for the amount UAH 220 m.
• 15 february 2008 In the first half-year of 2008 PRAVEX-BANK is planning to attract syndicated credit for USD 50 m.
• 11 march 2008 PRAVEX-BANK received certificate of Securities and Stock Market State Commission on “С” series bonds
• 15 april 2008 PRAVEX-BANK successfully paid credit to “Merrill Lynch” International Investment Bank at the amount of USD 30 m.
• 28 may 2008 PRAVEX-BANK increased authorized fund UAH 120 m
• 19 june 2008 PRAVEX-BANK registered amendments to Bank’s Statute about authorized capital increase
