Bonds of JSCB “PRAVEX-BANK” of “B” series are included into quotations list of PFTS second level.

<p>28 December 2007 interest registered bond of
PRAVEX-BANK of "B" series came through listing procedure and are included into
quotations list of PFTS second level (ticker tape — OPRXBB). </p>
<p>«This is already second Bank's bonds issuance, which
came through listing procedure on exchange. Bank's bonds access to bids at exchange
permits to increase their attractiveness for investors», — commented Stepan
Chernovetskiy, Chairman of Supervisory Board.</p>
<p>Besides, as it was informed before, 08 November
2007, PRAVEX-BANK started public allocation of "C" series bonds for the total
amount in UAH 220 m.
Securities yield from first to fourth quarter interest periods — 13,5% of annuals.
Term of circulation — 3 years. Annual offer is foreseen on bonds. International
rating agency Moody's assigned long-term rating B2 to issuance of PRAVEX-BANK
bonds of "C" series on UAH 220
m. on international scale and long-term rating А3.ua on national scale.</p>
