PRAVEX-BANK paid UAH 6,6 m. of interest income for the first coupon period on “C” series bonds

<p>PRAVEX-BANK paid UAH 6,6 m. of interest income for
the first quarter coupon period on &quot;C&quot; series bonds.</p>

<p>&quot;We fulfill in time our obligations before investors
and demonstrate PRAVEX-BANK&#39;s reliability at open capital market&quot;, &mdash; by Stepan
CHERNOVETSKYY, Chairman of Supervisory Board.</p>

<p>As it was informed before, 08 November 2007,
PRAVEX-BANK started public allocation of &quot;C&quot; series bonds for the total amount
UAH 220 m.
Securities profitability from the first to the fourth quarter interest periods
constitutes &mdash; 13,5% of annuals. Turnover term is 3 yeas. Annual offer is
foreseen on bonds. International rating agency Moody&#39;s assigned to issue of
PRAVEX-BANK&#39;s &quot;C&quot; series bonds for the amount of UAH 220 m. worthy rating B2 in
accordance with international scale and long-term rating А3.ua in accordance with national scale.</p>

• 5 december 2007 PRAVEX-BANK registered a report about results of “B” series bonds floatation at UAH 100 mln.
• 13 december 2007 PRAVEX-BANK paid UAH 1,7 m. of interest income for the fourth coupon period on “A” series bonds
• 25 december 2007 PRAVEX-BANK paid uah 3,1 m. of interest income for the first coupon period on “B” series bonds
• 28 december 2007 Bonds of JSCB “PRAVEX-BANK” of “B” series are included into quotations list of PFTS second level.

• 15 april 2008 PRAVEX-BANK successfully paid credit to “Merrill Lynch” International Investment Bank at the amount of USD 30 m.
• 28 may 2008 PRAVEX-BANK increased authorized fund UAH 120 m
• 19 june 2008 PRAVEX-BANK registered amendments to Bank’s Statute about authorized capital increase
