<p>11 February 2008 PRAVEX-BANK finished earlier "C"
series bonds allocation for the amount of UAH 220 m.</p>
<p>Allocation was performed together with
underwriter of issue of JSB "ING Bank Ukraine".</p>
<p>Securities profitability from the first to fourth
quarter interest periods makes up 13,5% of annuals. Term of turnover
constitutes 3 years. Annual offer is foreseen on bonds.</p>
<p>"Pre-term allocation of the largest issue of bonds
during PRAVEX-BANK history under conditions of high offer of banking bonds at
debt obligations market, is surely very successful. We made our best to get such
result, and are happy that PRAVEX-BANK bonds caused high interest on behalf of
buyers — Ukrainian and foreign investors", -said Stepan CHERNOVETSKYY, Chairman
of Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK. </p>
