<p>Being one
of the biggest banks group PRAVEX-BANK is planning to attract syndicated credit
at the amount from USD 50 m.
in the first half-year of 2008. Bank is planning in such a way to use received funds
for financing of credit programs development, including SME crediting, clients
on trade financing. At this stage Bank announced public tender on selection of
leading organizers with mandate (MLA).</p>
<p>"This bargain
corresponds to total strategy of development and funding of PRAVEX-BANK, further
diversification and reduction in price of attracted resources", — comments by
Stepan CHERNOVETSKIY, Chairman of Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK.</p>
