To establish temporary limit you should call by free round-the-clock phone of clients support service 201-16-17 (in Kyiv).

operations of category MOTO are blocked for all cards (on transfer of number of card by means of telephone or e-mail communication), in Internet, Telemarketing, but, in individual regime these operations can be opened for you after signing of corresponding additional arrangement;
on trips to the countries of Malaysia region and Brazil only transactions of taking cash will be available.
