NN - ID of the client's card ( ordinal number of registration in the base of every card). ID of the card is given on registration of every new card, connected to the service SMS-banking. An employee of the bank informs ID to the client after registration of the card.

ATTENTION! In case a mobile telephone is lost it is necessary to inform the bank about it immediately. Before you inform the bank in a written form about the telephone loss the bank is not responsible for possible receiving information about your account by other persons.

*For KYIVSTAR subscribers to use SMS service it is necessary to activate Internet gateway by sending SMS of any content to the number 7021 (free of charge).
