In case of loss, theft or if card is on reissuing on the end of duration, you don't have to wait till the new one will be issued. We shall organize urgent issue of cash in needed time. Issue of cash is accomplished within limits of balance on your card account.

In order to use the service of urgent issue of cash, you should apply to any department of PRAVEX-BANK, irrespective of the fact where your card was issued, and  provide document identifying the person.
