Order of cards service in imprinter
Attention! Only embossed cards can be used in imprinter.
Payment for goods (service)
1. Set the card face up in rolled field of imprinter, in fixative.
2. Put a set of slips over the card.
3. Roll the forming roll home and then put it in initial position. Even if one of card digits or letters is not well printed or is printed on slip number, it is necessary to roll the card once more on the new slip, having crossed diagonally beforehand the first slip and put the inscription "VOID" at client's presence. If the slip is not well printed again, you must refuse the grant of services on this card to the client. Blurred picture may result from card counterfeit.
4. Call processing centre on: 247 49 75, 246 60 89, 461 86 89, 247 49 62 and say:
- POS code (cliché number indicated on the imprinter);
- Client card data (number and term of validity);
- Transaction amount
Then you will be given authorization code.
5. If transaction confirmation on the card is refused, bank may fail to mention refusal cause and recommend legal holder of the card to apply directly to issuing bank to find out refusal grounds.
In case of getting answer "WITHDRAW THE CARD", further authorization requests on this card are strictly prohibited!!! You must try to withdraw this card (see instruction on security measures).
6. You shall put down the following data in the slip using ball pen:
- transaction performance date (Date DD/MM/YY);
- received authorization code (Author.code);
- first four digits of card number (First 4 digits);
- Cashier signature (Cashier init);
- Transaction amount (Sum cash)
Give the slip to card holder to get his/her signature (Signature).
No corrections (striking out, erasing, puttying, etc.) are allowed on the slip.
7. Compare customer signature on the slip with signature situated on the reverse side of the card. If signatures do not coincide, ask the customer to provide his/her passport and to sign once more the same slip. If signatures once more do not coincide, it is prohibited to serve this customer on the card. And it is necessary to cancel received authorization code (see "CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTION" point).
8. In case of successful transaction performance, first copy of the slip (CARDHOLDER COPY) is given to the customer, the second (MERCHANT) copy is stored with the cashier, and the third one (UPC) is forwarded to the bank.
Cancellation of Transaction
- In case a user refuses a transaction, it is possible to cancel it (provided the slip for this transaction has not been forwarded to the bank yet). Otherwise, it is necessary to draw up a credit slip (see "CREDIT SLIP DRAWING UP" point).
- To cancel a transaction, the customer must provide a slip for this transaction.
1. Cross diagonally all three copies of the slip and put an inscription on them "VOID" at customer's presence.
2. The amount for which the transaction was performed will be released automatically during definitive time (up to 1 month). To release instantly this amount, the customer must call issuing bank.
Credit slip drawing up
- When returning goods purchased with card, it is necessary to draw up a credit slip.
- To perform credit transaction, the customer must provide slip for this transaction and payment card.
- Credit transaction being completed, funds are transferred to customer account 3-4 days after credit slip is forwarded to bank.
1. Make sure that goods were actually purchased for the indicated amount on this card.
2. Get card imprint on the slip (see PAYMENT FOR GOODS (SERVICES), points 1-3)
3. Put the inscription "CREDIT" on the slip from left inferior corner to right upper corner.
4. Fill in credit slip with indication of the following data:
- date of goods return to the place of organization goods (works, services) sale;
- compensation amount to card holder;
- cashier signature.
Give credit slip to card holder to get his/her signature.
