•How long will it take to remit money using the MoneyGram system?

These are express money transfers. Any transfer can be received immediately after its remittance (within 15 minutes).

•In what currency are MoneyGram transfers remitted and paid?

Any transfer can only be made in Euros, while received in US dollars and Euros. The payment currency is determined by the remitter.

•Who incurs the expenses in connection with money transfers using the MoneyGram system?

All expenses are incurred by the remitting party.

•Is it possible to withdraw a transfer made?

Any transfer made can be withdrawn, provided the money has not been paid yet. In this case, the remitter should apply to the outlet where the transfer was made, produce an identity document, remittance form, and write an application for withdrawal of the transfer specifying the reason for the withdrawal. The client will be paid the transfer amount with no commission fee charged.

•Is it possible to change one of the transfer details (name, family name of the remittee, country of payment)?

If the transfer was made but has not been paid yet, the remitter can change one of the transfer details (name, family name of the remittee). In this case, the remitter should apply to the outlet where the transfer was made, produce an identity document, remittance form, and write an application specifying the changes to be introduced.
