PRAVEX-BANK provides crediting on all the expenses concerned with the mortgage lending

Several days ago in PRAVEX-BANK a new product of mortgage lending "LIGHT" appeared.

This mortgage lending scheme provides including in total amount of credit not only the apartment's cost but also a sum of all banking commission payments (payments for independent evaluative company services, notary services, realty agency services and etc.) and the sum of insurance payments in size of 9 percents of the total credit amount.

Among the advantages of this credit — there are not only that Bank pays for all the commission's expenses but also that there are no commissions for form consideration, for documents examination and payment for loan account opening

«We have simplified and quicken the mortgage lending procedure. Furthermore, after client's needs analysis, we have developed the new credit set, which proposes not only the total absence of first payment. Now the Bank proposes crediting on all the additional payments concerned with credit registration. So for the apartment purchase you only have to gather the set of necessary documents», — Mortgage lending department's director Dmitriy BUTS says.

The new product of mortgage lending «LIGHT» applies to the apartments purchase in many-storied (more than 1 store) buildings, with more than 35 square meters of living space for 1-room and with more than 50 square meters of living space for 2-room apartments.
