PRAVEX-BANK lowered the rates and increased term of crediting on pledge of liquid property
PRAVEX-BANK improved terms and conditions of individuals crediting on pledge of immovable property belonging to the borrower or third entity.
Within new terms and conditions, term of crediting increased from 7 to 10 years, the amount of interest rate lowered from 15% to 13,99% of annuals interests in USD; from 14% to 12,49% of annuals in Euro; from 20% to 15,99% in UAH. Amount of credit can constitute up to 70 % of assessed value of mortgage subject.
If you didn't find suitable program in the Bank, obtained funds can be used at your sole discretion — for the purchase of flat on the primary market, land, house building on laid land, purchase of motorcycle, yacht, rest or education abroad and for any other purposes.
According to this program credits are drawn up in the form of credit line, that is crediting limit is opened for the borrower in amount of wich where one can get money by several tranches, pay off (if there is no need in money at some moment) and take it again.
"Having analyzed crediting market and taking into account the customers desires, we ameliorated terms and conditions of the crediting for the individuals on pledge of liquid property, having prolonged term of crediting and having lowered the interest rates. As a result we are planning to attract maximal number of customers and increase credit portfolio of this program two times" -informed Vladimir Borovik, Head of Department of legal entities and VIP-clients crediting.
