Credit filcher detained in Volyn’

Consumer crediting service gains turns and becomes popular not only with diligent borrowers, but also with "easy" money searchers. These people consider that when one pastes a photo into another's passport, fakes identification code and income certificate and — obtain a consumer credit for required amount. But this opinion is incorrect, sharks are detained and they are delivered to prisoner's box. Is this "way of earning money" worth criminal amenability?

"The problem is that people acting this way do not realize utterly what is waiting for them. At first sight a man who decided to obtain a credit in fraudulent way can consider that this is an unpunished and fast way of growing rich. But, as a result, sharks are detained and criminal amenability will be put to them, — comments Roman Valesyuk, Senior Vice Chairman of the Board of JSCB "PRAVEX-BANK". I can cite an example concerning this. Last week a woman came to one of the outlets of Volyn regional directory of the Bank with request to register a consumer credit. She showed income certificate, filled in an application to register credit, certificate about acquaintance with Criminal Code clauses, showed passport with certificate about identification code awarding. During credit registration consumer crediting manager started a conversation with client asking about work place: work conditions, from what time she works, who is director with the aim to form his opinion about client's solvency. Simultaneously with conversation manager performed detailed check of provided documents and compared these data with information uttered by client. As a result manager noticed plenty of discrepancies. After this manager informed regional directory about emerged situation and as a result directory officer and Volyn' law machinery officers came to the office of credits issue and detained not only shark directly, but also her partners in crime (two young men), waiting for the accessory outside. During detention the woman tried to run away from the scene of crime. At the moment of detention the woman did not resist and confessed at once that her income certificate is false and detained young men — actual organizers of the attempt to obtain credit on false income certificate".
