PRAVEX-BANK increased regulative capital to UAH 656,3 mln.
The other day PRAVEX-BANK increased authorized capital to UAH 371,5 mln., having registered new charter edition. Correspondingly regulative capital of the Bank was increased which as of 31.07.07 constituted UAH 656,3 mln.
"Increase of regulative capital will permit to pile up portfolio of credit operations as Bank capitalization is the basis of its stable development" — comments Stepan Chernovetskiy, Head of Supervisory Board of JSCB "PRAVEX-BANK".
We would like to remind that earlier Bank press-service informed about increase of authorized capital in the way of closed (private) placement of 150 mln. of common registered shares at face value of 1 hrivna each.
Also Stepan Chernovetskiy informed that next meeting of PRAVEX-BANK shareholders will be held on 10 September where issue of dividend reinvestment of 2006 in the way of shares par value increase from 1 hrivna to 1,18 hrivnas will be examined, after that Bank authorized capital will be increased on UAH 66,9 mln. and, correspondingly, it will constitute UAH 438,4 mln.
