PRAVEX-BANK decreased mortgage interest rate in UAH to 15,49%

At present mortgage crediting service is the most convenient form of housing purchase as it permits to facilitate consumer's financial strains.

03 August PRAVEX-BANK decreased mortgage interest rate in UAH on 2,5% and now it consists 15,49%. Term of crediting is to 25 years. Credit without first payment is possible. As it was before advanced repayment of mortgage credit is possible at any time without any punitive penalties and supplementary expenses for client. Besides while mortgage crediting client has possibility to draw up a credit for housing repair with 50% discount.

"At present we offer the most profitable terms and conditions at the mortgage crediting market, offering not only low interest rates, but also absence of first payment that makes it more accessible to customers" — commented Dmitriy Buts, Head of mortgage crediting department of PRAVEX-BANK.

Volume of credit portfolio of individuals and legal entities of PRAVEX-BANK as of 01.08.2007 exceeded UAH 3,14 bln. Mortgage credit portfolio constituted UAH 639,5 mln. as of 01.08.2007.
