“PRAVEX-BANK” registered bonds issue of “В” series on UAH 100 mln.

"PRAVEX-BANK" registered bonds issue of "В" series on UAH 100 000 000in the State commission for securities and stock exchange. This project is intended for wide range of potential investors.

Earlier press-service of the Bank informed about attraction at the domestic and foreign markets UAH 200 mln. and USD 150 mln. correspondingly.

The date of the beginning of the public bonds placement is 21 September 2007, appeal term is 3 years. Securities yield since the first till the fourth quarter interest periods constitutes 12,5% annuals. Annual offer on bonds is also foreseen. Par value of one bond is UAH 1 000. International rating agency Moody's assigned long-term rating В2 of international scale and long-term rating А3.ua of national scale for bonds issue of PRAVEX-BANK of В series on UAH 100 mln.
