PRAVEX-BANK became one of five leaders of the clients’ satisfaction level of cooperation with bank — research of TNS UKRAINE COMPANY

JSCB «PRAVEX-BANK» together with «PromInvestBank», «Privat-Bank», «Oschadbank» and «Reiffaissen Bank Aval» became one of five leaders of the clients' satisfaction level of cooperation with bank in accordance with researches of banks services use carried by TNS Ukraine company within Omnibus project in April 2007.

Company TNS Ukraine informs about it in report, given to UNIAN agency.

In accordance to the report participants of the interrogation were offered to estimate their satisfaction of cooperation with banks which provide services to them on seven-point scale, where meaning of «1» corresponds to «absolutely discontented», and «7» — «absolutely contented». Received marks were combined into categories «discontented» (from «1» to «3»), «neutral attitude» mark «4») and «contented» (marks from «5» to «7»).

Under cooperation with bank was meant performance of any operations executed by bank participation including utilities and currency exchange.

The biggest part of interrogated persons noted that they use services of: «PrivatBank», «Oschadbank», «Reifaissen Bank Aval», «PromInvestBank», «PRAVEX-BANK», «Ukrsotsbank» and «Nadra Bank».
