08 November PRAVEX-BANK starts public placement of 220 m of own bonds of “С” series.
Since 08 November PRAVEX-BANK will start to place own bonds of «С» series, which issue volume constitutes UAH 220 000 000, with par value UAH 1 000. Interest rate for the first, second, third, fourth interest periods will be determined in the amount 13,5% annuals. Interest income is paid quarterly.
Date of commencement of bonds redemption is 08 November 2010; expire date of bonds redemption is 10 November 2010.
