On 8 November PRAVEX-BANK completed placement of “В” series bonds on UAH 100 m.
On 08 November 2007 PRAVEX-BANK completed placement of "B" series bonds on UAH 100 m. Issue underwriter was JSB "ING Bank Ukraine".
Profitability of securities from the first to fourth quarter interest periods is 12,5% of annuals. Term of circulation is 3 years. Annual offer is foreseen on bonds.
«Placement took 1,5 months and taking into account current situation on the debt market and also interest rate on bonds, it can be considered as successful. Purchasers turned out to be Ukrainian and foreign investors», says Stepan CHERNOVETSKIY, Chairman of Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK.
Simultaneously, 08 November 2007, PRAVEX-BANK started public placement of "C" series bonds for the total amount in UAH 220 m. JSB "ING Bank Ukraine" was chosen as underwriter. Profitability of securities from the first to fourth quarter interest periods is 13,5% of annuals. Term of circulation is 3 years. Annual offer is foreseen on bonds. Moody's International Rating Agency assigned to "C" series bonds issue of PRAVEX-BANK on UAH 220 m. International scale long termed B2 rating and National scale long termed A3.ua rating.
