“C” series bonds of PRAVEX-BANK are included into PFTS stock-exchange list
29 November 2007 interest registered bonds of PRAVEX-BANK of «S» series are included into PFTS stock-exchange list ( ticker — OPRXBС).
«Bank's bonds inclusion into bid at Primary Fund trade system allows to increase their attractiveness for investors», — commented Stepan CHERNOVETSKIY, Head of Supervisory Board of PRAVEX-BANK.
As it was informed earlier, 08 November 2007 PRAVEX-BANK started a public placement of «C» series bonds at total amount UAH 220 mln. Papers profitability from the first till the fourth quarter interest periods — 13,5% annuals. Circulation term — 3 years. Annual offer is also envisaged on bonds. International rating agency Moody's assigned to the issue of «C» series bonds of PRAVEX-BANK for UAH 220 mln. a long-term rating В2 on international scale and long-term rating А3.ua on national scale.
