PRAVEX-BANK started to perform hungarian forints and slovak kronas exchange
Since 2008 PRAVEX-BANK enlarged currency range which exchange is offered in bank’s outlets. Thus, since January PRAVEX-BANK started to perform Hungarian forints and Slovak kronas exchange in outlets of Trans-Carpathian region. It was caused by demand of Bank’s clients living in frontier regions, at the exchange of these currencies into hryvnia.

PRAVEX-BANK acquiring network increased up to 36%
In accordance with the work of 2007 PRAVEX-BANK shows considerable increase of indexes of acquiring network. Thus, total turnover of Bank’s acquiring network for the last year exceeded UAH 107,5 m., which in consequence exceeds the index for 2006 by UAH 32 m. or by 42%. Bank’s acquiring network for the last year increased by 36% and for today counts about 500 trade POS-terminals.

Since 25 January till 31 May 2008 PRAVEX-BANK performs unique action “Flat in gift”. Any client who has drawn up or reissued deposit in PRAVEX-BANK for 3 months or more can take part in it.
Awarding of deposit action winners in honor of PRAVEX-BANK 15-th anniversary will take place on 31 January
Please, note that “Deposit action in honor of PRAVEX-BANK 15-th anniversary” was performed since 17 November till 31 December 2007. Within this action all clients having drawn up and reissued current banking deposit in PRAVEX-BANK for 3 months or more, had opportunity to win prizes. The winners of action have been already determined, they will get 15 monetary certificates amounting to UAH 1 000, 15 monetary certificates amounting to UAH 500 and 15 monetary certificates amounting to UAH 200, and also the main prize-DAEWOO Lanos car.

PRAVEX-BANK increased money transfer turnover under MoneyGram system almost in 4 times.
In 2007 PRAVEX-BANK performed more than 20,5 thousand of money transfers under MoneyGram international instant money transfers, having increased transfers volume almost in 4 times in comparison with 2006.

In honor to its 15-anniversary PRAVEX-BANK presented its VIP — clients — 1500 elite payment cards of Gold and Platinum levels, which services during a year will be provided under special conditions — free of charge.

For 2007 PRAVEX-BANK issued more than 70 thous. of cards with credit lines, and total credit portfolio on issued cards as of 01.01.2008 constituted more than UAH 164 m.

PRAVEX-BANK and trade network of stores “FOXTROT-TELECOM” announce action start
PRAVEX-BANK and trade network of stores “FOXTROT-TELECOM” announce unique action start on consumer credits issue. Action crediting term constitutes 10 months, interest rate is just — 0,01% of annuals, monthly fee for settlement service at consumer crediting constitutes from 1,6% to 2,25%. Unique character of this offer is that settlement fee is decreased depending on amount of clients’ initial payment.

PRAVEX-BANK opened 89 new outlets in 2007
In 2007 PRAVEX-BANK opened 89 new outlets in all the regions of Ukraine. New outlets increase in regions is as follows: 27% of new outlets were opened in Western region, 21% — in Central, 20% — in Southern, 17% — in Eastern and 15% — in Northern region of the country.

Amount of received payments of PRAVEX-BANK increased on 58,5%
In 2007 PRAVEX-BANK received 12,4 m. of cash payments under “Payment reception” service, that 26% more than for 2006. Amount of received payments in 2007 increased in comparison with 2006 on 58,5%.

Plastic cards emission of PRAVEX-BANK exceeded 2 millions
In 2007 PRAVEX-BANK issued about 955 thousand of cards, and total amount of issued cards as of 01.01.2008 constituted more than 2,1 m. of pieces. Thus, index of increase of payment cards constituted 83%.

Now more than 1000 car loans per month are issued in JSCB “PRAVEX-BANK”.
In 2007 PRAVEX-BANK issued about 7,7 thous. of credits to individuals for car purchase for the amount about USD 97,5 m, that twice more than in 2006.

Silver “Sputnik” from PRAVEX-BANK
PRAVEX-BANK again replenished coin collection with 11 kinds from mints of New Zealand and Cambodia. Now coin collection of PRAVEX-BANK constitutes 4 000 and is represented by 200 kinds of various world mints: Chinese, Australian, German, Finish, Greek, British, Italian, Spanish, Liberian, South African, Austrian, French etc.

In accordance with results of 2007 under program “Goods and services in instalment”, PRAVEX-BANK issued 495 thous. of consumer credits and “Instalment”credit cards for the amount, exceeding one billion of hryvnias.

50 000 borrowers became holders of “Instalment” credit cards from “PRAVEX-BANK
Pravex-bank implemented software which allows drawing up “Instalment” credit cards directly in points of issue of stores-partners.

Deposit portfolio of time deposit of PRAVEX-BANK increased on 34% since the beginning of 2007
Deposit portfolio of time deposits of individuals and legal entities of PRAVEX-BANK is increased by quick rates. Thus, since the beginning of 2007 it increased almost on 34% and as of 27.12.2007 constituted in hryvnia equivalent more UAH 2,7 b.

“SMS-banking” service from PRAVEX-BANK used 10 000 clients
Due to clients’ base enlargement and new card products implementation (in particular, new types of credit cards), quantity of “SMS-banking” service users of PRAVEX-BANK is constantly growing and now it constitutes already 10 000.
