“SMS-banking” service from PRAVEX-BANK used 10 000 clients
Due to clients' base enlargement and new card products implementation (in particular, new types of credit cards), quantity of «SMS-banking» service users of PRAVEX-BANK is constantly growing and now it constitutes already 10 000.
«SMS-banking» service — is remote banking service which allows client by means of mobile phone to get information about card account state 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Thus, if client, for example, wants to learn information about card account balance, he can do it with the help of ATM. But not always there is ATM in definite place. And with the help of mobile phone it can be easily done, having sent just standard pattern-request about necessary information (balance, last movement on account, information about commercial exchange rate etc.).
Also, with the help of «SMS-banking» PRAVEX-BANK provides the most recent information for its clients about existing actions, rates, and also about card validity term for client to address bank in time to receive new card.
Besides, in PRAVEX-BANK while transferring money from one card account into the other one via ATM, client immediately receives reports about successful transfer completion.
