PRAVEX-BANK paid UAH 6,6 m. of interest income for the first coupon period on “C” series bonds
PRAVEX-BANK paid UAH 6,6 m. of interest income for the first quarter coupon period on "C" series bonds.
"We fulfill in time our obligations before investors and demonstrate PRAVEX-BANK's reliability at open capital market", — by Stepan CHERNOVETSKYY, Chairman of Supervisory Board.
As it was informed before, 08 November 2007, PRAVEX-BANK started public allocation of "C" series bonds for the total amount UAH 220 m. Securities profitability from the first to the fourth quarter interest periods constitutes — 13,5% of annuals. Turnover term is 3 yeas. Annual offer is foreseen on bonds. International rating agency Moody's assigned to issue of PRAVEX-BANK's "C" series bonds for the amount of UAH 220 m. worthy rating B2 in accordance with international scale and long-term rating А3.ua in accordance with national scale.
