In March 2008, PRAVEX-BANK launched “Credit by phone” service allowing customers to get preliminary decision on consumer credit or credit card issuance without leaving home nor unnecessary time investing. To do this, the customer needs to send SMS on mobile phone number: +38(067) 548 57 75 indicating his/her name and surname, passport number, and ID and to get within 30 minutes preliminary decision concerning credit issuance.

As of early March 2008, money transfers amount on “Pravex-Telegraph” service constituted UAH 1,5 billion which exceeds by 30 percent analogous index of the last year. During this period, more than 350 000 money transfers were performed via “Pravex-Telegraph” system. Thus, analogous period index in 2007 was exceeded by 65 percent. This high performance could have been achieved thanks to rate schedule extension and reduction of fee for “Pravex-Telegraph” service.
