PRAVEX-BANK received certificate of Securities and Stock Market State Commission on “С” series bonds
March, 04 2008 Securities and Stock Market State Commission registered report about allocation of interest registered bonds of PRAVEX-BANK of "С" series and issued corresponding certificate about registration of №822/2/07 issue.
"Registration of bonds issue means their admission to free turnover and increase their attractiveness for investors", — gave comments Stepan CHERNOVETSKIY, Chairman of Supervisory Board.
As reported earlier, on November 8, 2007, PRAVEX-BANK began to place "C" series bonds of total amount UAH 220 m. Bond-equivalent yield in I-IV quarter interest rate periods constituted 13,5 percent of annuals.
The life of the bonds is 3 years. The bond presumes also an annual offer. Moody's rating agency assigned PRAVEX-BANK "C" series bond issue for UAH 220 m B2 long-term rating on international scale and A3 long-term rating on national scale.
