“Credit by phone” from PRAVEX-BANK
In March 2008, PRAVEX-BANK launched "Credit by phone" service allowing customers to get preliminary decision on consumer credit or credit card issuance without leaving home nor unnecessary time investing. To do this, the customer needs to send SMS on mobile phone number: +38(067) 548 57 75 indicating his/her name and surname, passport number, and ID and to get within 30 minutes preliminary decision concerning credit issuance.
To draw up a credit the customer should contact one of more than 2000 points of consumer credits issuance or the nearest location of PRAVEX-BANK, provide received SMS to manager and get within 30 minutes a credit or draw up a credit card. The fee for SMS sending is equivalent to mobile operator rates.
"Credit by phone" service is launched with the purpose to improve conditions of credit issuance for borrowers, minimization of time investment required for credit issuance", said Roman VALESYUK, Senior Vice-Chairman of PRAVEX-BANK Board.
