PRAVEX-BANK implemented new direction in developing of “Credit card ‘Instalment-Econom’ — ‘Instalment-Econom while transferring’ service. Now all clients that perform any money transfers in banks’ outlet, automatically and free of charge get “Instalment-Econom” card. Having transfer amount from UAH 500 to UAH 1 000 amount of available card credit funds constitutes UAH 2 000, having amount in more than UAH 1 000 — UAH 3 000. Besides havening drawn credit card, clients get discount for credit funds usage amounting 6% from valid annual interest rate. All clients making transfer at the age of 21 with passport and identification number get cards automatically.

Number of transactions under “Pravex-Telegraph” increased almost 60%
Since the beginning of 2008 funds turnover under “Pravex-Telegraph” service increased 83% in comparison with analogous period of 2007, and number of transitions (transfers) increased almost 60%. Such high results were reached due to enlarged scale of rates and commission decrease by 0,8% under “Pravex-Telegraph” service.

April 08, 2008 Association Agreement was signed between PRAVEX-BANK and Fund of deposits guaranteeing of individuals, according to which PRAVEX-BANK will perform compensation payments to depositors of liquidated banks, namely to clients of JSCB “Premier Bank”, PC JSCB “Garant”, JSCB “Intercontinentbank”, PC “Kyiv Universal Bank” and PC “European Bank of development and savings”.

PRAVEX-BANK increased by 17 percent transactions performed in comparison with the analogical period in 2007, according to March 2008 results.

Total turnover of acquiring network of PRAVEX-BANK for the first quarter of 2008 exceeded UAH 35 m.
In accordance with results of work for the first quarter of 2008 PRAVEX-BANK shows considerable increase of acquiring network indexes. Thus, total turnover of bank’s acquiring network since the beginning of the year exceeded UAH 35 m that in its turn, exceeds index of analogous period of 2007 on UAH 10 m or on 40%. Bank’s acquiring network counts about 500 trade POS-terminals at the moment.

PRAVEX-BANK increased deposit rates on 1,5%
Following market tendencies of interest rates increase on bank deposit, to keep high level of yield received by PRAVEX-BANK depositors, in April, 2008, PRAVEX-BANK increased deposit rates, for the term from 1-to 3 months in national currency on 1,5% p.a. at the average.
About 300 clients have used “Credit by phone” service from PRAVEX-BANK
In the course of last month, about 300 clients have already used “Credit by phone” service from PRAVEX-BANK. This service allows the clients to get preliminary decision on consumer credit or credit card issue without leaving home nor spending spare time. More than 90% persons got preliminary positive decision on the possibility to draw up consumer credit or credit card.

During an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of PRAVEX-BANK it was decided to increase Bank’s authorized capital up to UAH 521 499 139.
MoneyGram transfers volume keeps increasing at PRAVEX-BANK
In March 2008, PRAVEX-BANK increased by 95% the number of money transfers via MoneyGram international instant money transfer system in comparison with the analogical period in 2008.

Since the beginning of 2008 PRAVEX-BANK issued to its clients 120 thousand of consumer credits for the amount of more than UAH 248 m.
One of the main direction of activity of PRAVEX-BANK as well as other banks is consumer crediting. Credits provided to the public for the purchase of household equipment, mobile telephones and etc., and in cash for personal needs, constitute majority in Bank’s loan portfolio.

Since the beginning of 2008 PRAVEX-BANK sold more than 9,6 tons of banking metals
Since the beginning of 2008 PRAVEX-BANK sold more than 9,6 tons of banking metals that 6 times more than for analogous period of the last year (for the first quarter of 2007 PRAVEX-BANK sold more than 1,6 tons of banking metals). For the whole history of service development PRAVEX-BANK sold 43 tons of banking metals.
PRAVEX-BANK depositors opened credit limits on “Credit under deposit” service for the amount more than UAH 15 m.
For the first quarter of 2008 within PRAVEX-BANK “Credit under deposit” service credit limits were set for the amount more than UAH 9 m, that 22 times more than for analogous period of the last year. As of April 1, 2008 total amount of set credit limits within PRAVEX-BANK “Credit under deposit” service constituted more than UAH 15 m.

PRAVEX-BANK performs special offer on continuing basis for purchase in credit of TV-tuners of “Maximum TV” company. Credit is provided under such conditions: credit amount — from 100 standard units to 1200 standard units; crediting term — 3, 6, 9 and 10 months; compulsory initial payment — 0%; interest rate — 0,001% p.a.; monthly payment for settlement service under consumer crediting — 0%. Credit can be obtained by borrowers at the age from 21 to 60 (inclusive).
