Learn about your indebtedness in PRAVEX-BANK Call-center

voice-menuPRAVEX-BANK implemented new service in voice menu of Call-center that allows clients to check automatically availability and amount of indebtedness under their consumer credit. 

It is necessary to call Call-center on (201-16-61(62), 8 800 500 4 500) to use new service and using assistance of voice menu to enter date of concluding and number of your agreement.

We would like to remind that "Voice menu " service — is Information telephone service of Call-center that includes necessary information functions connected with all provided banking products. Voice menu allows client to choose individually necessary service and get information that you are interested in automatically, or Call-center puts through specialist of corresponding direction without operator participation.

Voice menu provides opportunity to choose the language of information provided (Ukrainian, Russian, English), to use call-back to client's number ("Call-back" service), and to get information about card account balance automatically with the help of Call-center ("PravexFonAssistant") and other services allowing to provide qualified efficient service for all clients applied to Bank's Information center.

"Service was implemented for Information center's possibilities enlargement and provision of higher level of information receiving by clients.
