In July 2008 PRAVEX-BANK occupied approximately 8% of spot market of Ukraine on volume of performed operations
According to results on Foreign exchange
spot market activity PRAVEX-BANK shows good performances of currency sale and
purchase volumes. Hereby, in July 2008
PRAVEX-BANK accomplished approximately 8% of total operations on spot market of
Ukraine.
Summarizing the results of PRAVEX-BANK
activity of currency spot-market for the I half year of 2008 we should underline
that volumes of USD purchase and sale against UAH in PRAVEX-BANK grew with 1, 4
times in comparison with the analogous period in 2007, and in 2, 8 times in
comparison with I half year in 2006.
Euro currency turnover, realized by PRAVEX-BANK
on spot market for I half year of 2008, grew with 1, 7 times in comparison with
the analogous period of 2006.
For the same period the turnover for
purchase -sale of Russian Ruble increased in 2, 9 times in comparison with I half
year of 2007, and in 13, 5 times more sold and purchased of Russian Federation
currency than in I half year of 2006.
We should also remind that in
January 2008, PRAVEX-BANK started effectuation of HUF and SKK. For the first half
of 2008 volumes of sale-purchase of this currency made more than 16 millions of
HUF and more than 4 millions of SKK.
