Intesa Sanpaolo official partner of Rome 2009 World Swimming Championships

ISP_Rome09The sport event will be held at Rome's Italic Forum from July 17th to August 2nd.

Intesa Sanpaolo, official sponsor of CONI1, of the Italian National Olimpic Team, and of Casa Italia ( for the 2007-2010 period) is official partner of the 13th FINA World Championships — Roma 2009.

The support Intesa Sanpaolo gives to this sport event is an example of the commitment Intesa Sanpaolo demonstrates regarding many cultural and sports events that aim at highlight its attention to the universal values that sport represents: teamwork, loyalty, passion, effort and respect.

In fact, in the last years the calendar of the supported events has been particularly rich: from Winter Olympic and Paraolympic Games of Torino 2006, to Beijing Olimpic Games in 2008 and Mediterranean Games, just concluded at Pescara (Italy). Next appointment will be Winter Olympic Games at Vancouver 2010.

To celebrate the World Swimming Championship, Intesa Sanpaolo launched in Italy last May 4th a new — limited edition— prepaid card, "Flash Mondiali Nuoto 2009".
