Quotations of gold and silver futures increased
As of May 6, situation at precious metals market was characterized by quotations decrease. Today during morning trade session in Asia gold was traded at the level $875,00 per ounce. While opening New York Mercantile Exchange gold at bids was at the level $877,80, then slightly decreased. May 5, at New York Mercantile Exchange closure was fixed on the mark $874,00 per ounce.
Gold price at СОМЕХ, subdivision of New York Mercantile Exchange, increased against background of oil prices growth and US dollar decrease. In accordance with results of bids at СОМЕХ quotations of gold increased $ 16,10 — up to $ 874,10 per troy ounce. Oil prices growth and dollar decrease supported silver futures as well. Silver futures became more expensive 36,5 cents — by $16,830 per ounce.
May 7, gold price is expected within $875,00-$885,00 per ounce.
London morning fixing on May 6, constituted $878,00 per ounce, when rate of National Bank of Ukraine was set on the mark $854,25 per ounce.
