Quotations increase at precious metals market

As of 20 December situation at precious metals market was characterized by quotations increase. Today during morning trade session in Asia gold was traded at the level $799,80-$801,80 per ounce. While opening New-York commodity exchange gold on bids was at the level $798,00, then increased a little bit. 19 December at commodity exchange in New-York, closure was fixed on the figure $801,10 per ounce.

Gold prices on Wednesday decreased under conditions of bids low volume. Decrease of gold prices encouraged moderate US dollar growth.

Quotations of futures on gold in accordance with bids results decreased on USD 2, by USD 805,40 per troy ounce. Silver prices that usually copy gold dynamics were closed on Wednesday with increase, in spite of gold decrease. Quotations of futures on silver increased on 5,7 cents, by USD 14,222 per ounce.

London morning fixing on the 20 of December constituted $799,50 per ounce, when rate of National Bank of Ukraine was fixed on the mark $801,50 per ounce.
