Precious metals market review

As of 15 January situation at precious metals market was characterized by quotations increase. Today during morning trade session in Asia gold was traded at the level $902,80-$905,00 per ounce. While opening New-York commodity exchange gold at bids was at the level $904,00, then slightly decreased. 14 January at commodity exchange in New-York closure was fixed on the figure $901,90 per ounce.

Price on gold on Monday reached historical maximum. Silver prices also approached very high levels. Futures on gold increased in price by USD 907,30 per ounce. Futures on silver increased in price in accordance with bids results on 5,5 cents, by USD 16,425 per ounce.

London morning fixing on the 15 of January constituted $904,75 per ounce, when rate of National Bank of Ukraine was set on the mark $893,75 per ounce.
