US dollar increase set the pace for bids
As of 18 February situation at precious metals market was characterized by quotations increase. Today during morning trade session in Asia gold was traded at the level $903,00-$905,00 per ounce. While opening New-York commodity exchange gold on bids was at the level $903,20, then it decreased a little bit. 15 February closure at commodity exchange in New-York was fixed on the figure $901,70 per ounce.
Futures on gold and silver on Friday at СОМЕХ were traded or on positive or on negative territory. US dollar increase from minimums set the pace for bids, and also profit fixation. Gold in accordance with bids at СОМЕХ decreased in price on USD 4,70, by USD 906,10 per ounce. Futures on silver became cheaper on 13,7 cents, by USD 17,118.
London morning fixing on 18 February constituted $905,00 per ounce, at the time when rate of National Bank of Ukraine was set on the mark $909,75 per ounce.
