Quotations decrease at precious metals market
As of June 4, situation at precious metals market was characterized by quotations decrease. Today during morning trade session in Asia gold was traded at the level $880,10 — $882,50 per ounce. While opening New York Mercantile Exchange gold at bids was at the level $881,90, then slightly increased. June 3, at New York Mercantile Exchange closure was fixed on $881,30 per ounce.
Prices on gold futures and other precious metals decreased (in accordance with bids in New York) that was stipulated by reaction to the comments of Head of Federal Reserve System that favoured USD growth. In accordance with bids results at СОМЕХ quotations of gold futures decreased $11,50 — to 885,50 US dollars per troy ounce. Silver futures became cheaper 7,5 cents — to $16,835 per ounce.
June 5, gold price is expected within $880,00-$886,00. London morning fixing on June 4, constituted $877,25 per ounce, when rate of the National Bank of Ukraine was set on $895,50 per ounce.
