Cash payments

Pravex-Bank is one of not numerous banks that accomplishes reception of payments in favour of juridical persons and individuals – entrepreneur (IE) both from individuals and juridical persons and IE.

If you are a juridical person or IE, Pravex-Bank proposes to sign an agreement about reception of cash payments in your favour. This agreement will help you to solve a number of problems that appear while working with cash and will allow you to save on:

• purchasing of cash register;
• expenses on equipping of premises for cash desk;
• salary of cashier;
• collection of cash.

On signing an agreement with Pravex-Bank about reception of payments you will be able to get rid of permanent checks of cash register by tax inspection! Technology of work by agreement is very simple: buyer of your services or goods on the basis of cash desk document contributes cash money into the cash desk of the bank and you receive it in cashless form on your current account. And at all that you don’t have to open current account in Pravex-Bank.

On signing of agreement about reception of payments you get possibility:

• to get generalized dockets* on accepted payments in paper form free;
• every day to receive (if necessary several times a day) dockets* in electron form on your e-mail free, it will give you possibility efficiently to follow payments before actual transfer of means on your account;
• to get from the bank free treated and packed “Quittances” or “Bills on payments” in the nearest from you division of Pravex-Bank;
• to choose convenient variant of payment of commission for reception of payments (from enterprise- receiver or from payer);
• to receive accepted for the day payments in your favour in one sum;
• in case of signing of agreement possibility of sending a payment to wrong essential elements is eliminated, because your essential elements will be included into the program of cashier;

* - docket includes the following data: full name of payer, sum of accepted payment, sum of commission, destination of payment; resultant data: sum of accepted payments for the day, number of accepted payments for the day.

To sign an agreement you can:

1^st variant: apply to director of the nearest division;
2^nd variant: to fill in a blank.

Attention! Without signing an agreement you can reimburse payments in cash on behalf of your enterprise in favour of other enterprises and establishments for goods, services, rent, to pay for taxes and dues etc.
