System "Client-Bank+"

Taking into account needs of modern business and saving of time on accomplishing settlings, Pravex-Bank proposes its clients systems "Client-Bank+" and "Internet-Client-Bank":

•System "Client-Bank+"

"Client-Bank+" is a system of protected exchange with financial documents between Client and Bank by telecommunicate channels of communication. By means of it you can manage your bank account without visiting bank. Installed by our specialists software guarantees complete confidence of transmitted financial information.

System "Client-Bank+" allows:

to manage your bank account (in national currency) immediately from your office, that will deliver you from necessity to bring payment documents to the bank every day;
to accomplish all payments from your account during prolonged trading day;
to get information about movement of means on your hryvnya and currency accounts;
regularly to get accompanying financial information, including rates of currencies, letters of NBU stamped "inform the clients" etc.;
import and export of information into accounting system of the client;
taking out of electronic payments and information, received from the bank, on typing.

Minimal demands to equipment:

Personal computer, that works under the direction of operating system Windows 98/2000/XP;
City telephone line;
Modem to work on commutated channels f communication (for more qualitative work outside modem is recommended).

•System "Internet-Client-Bank"

"Internet-Client-Bank" allows you to manage your financial resources 7 days a week 24 hours a day from any point of the globe. Both juridical persons and individuals- clients of the bank can use services of this system.

In regime Online:

to get extracts on current accounts in national and foreign currency;
to prepare and accomplish payments in national currency;
payments are sent with fulfilling of the current bank day during the prolonged trading day (payments, sent in not operation time, will be accomplished next bank day);
regularly to get accompanying financial information, including rates of currencies, letters of NBU stamped "inform the client" etc.;
to exchange informational letters with the bank;
to work with documents of data basis, kept in the bank, simultaneously by several employees of the client from remote places of work;
import and export of information into accountant system of the client;
taking out of electronic payments and information, received from the bank, on typing.

In regime Offline:

export of information from accountant system of the client;
preparation of payment documents;
taking out of electronic payments and information, received from the bank, on typing.

To connect to the system "Client-Bank" you should apply to the Head office bank or any division of the bank.

Minimal demands to equipment:

computer connected to Internet (if computer is connected to Internet through the local net, client should make necessary tunings of his proxy-server according to instruction on work with the system);
program Internet Explorer versions not lower than 5.5 Microsoft VM (Virtual Machine) for Java 50 Release not less than 5.0.0.3802;
modem for access to modem pool of the Bank (in case the main channel is out of order for access through Internet).
On presence of additional arrangement systems "Client-Bank" allow:
to serve simultaneously both one and several accounts, opened in our bank;
to send to the bank payment documents on absence/insufficiency of means on account;
to prepare applications of clients for buying and selling, accomplishing payments in foreign currency, to put on them electronic-digital signature and send to the bank;
to get notifications about new and future entries of foreign currency on client's account.
