Pravex-Bank informs you about possibility to place your temporarily free means on deposit accounts in our Bank on very favorable conditions.
Deposit account is opened free for the term to two years. Every investment is drawn up with separate additional accommodation to Agreement, where sum, term of entry and return of money, percentage stake and other conditions of deals on deposit account are fixed.
Return of means from deposit account as well as adding percentage is accomplished by the Bank independently on current account of juridical person, indicated in additional accommodation.

Term of placing:
- for 12 months
Terms of placing of standard deposit investment:
- from 1 night ("overnight") to 2 years - on deposit investments in national currency;
- from 7 days to 2 years - on deposit accounts in foreign currency (USA dollars, Euro).;
Our percentage stakes on deposits of juridical persons immediately depend on economic situation on market of interbank crediting. In this connection on every particular investment the stake is fixed on agreement of sides on the day of placing of deposit.

To open a deposit account it is necessary to provide the following documents:
- copy of statute and constituent agreement (attested by a notary);
- copy of order about appointment of the first head (or minutes of constituents meeting with decision about choosing of the first head), that has right to act on behalf of organization without letter of attorney (attested with signature of the first head and with seal of enterprise);
- copies of documents, certifying authorities of person that will sign deposit agreement and additional accommodations to it - only for persons, whose authorities are not determined by constituent documents (attested with a signature of the first head and seal of enterprise);
- copy of certificate of Goscomstat of Ukraine about including into Single docket of enterprises and organizations of Ukraine (attested by a notary);
- copy of certificate of State tax inspection of Ukraine about registering of taxpayer - form №4-OPP (attested by a notary);
- copy of certificate about state registration in body of executive power (attested by a notary);
- letter, notifying the Fund of social insurance from accidents at production and professional diseases of Ukraine, about intention to open a deposit account in Pravex-Bank (MFO 321983, address: 01021, Kyiv, 9/2 Clovsky slope) with mark of the Fund about receiving the letter (only for juridical persons, using wage labor);
- letter containing information that allows to identify individuals, that are owners of juridical person, who own 10% and more of constituent capital, have either direct or indirect influence and get economical profit from enterprise activity;
- balance of enterprise (form №1), report about financial results (form №2) on the last report date.
As to individuals - real owners it is necessary to indicate:
•For residents
- Last name, name, patronymic name
- date of birth
- series and number of passport, date of its issue and body that issued it
- place of residence (registration)
- identifying number of taxpayer;
•For non-residents
- Last name, name, patronymic name (if any)
- date of birth
- series and number of passport, date of its issue and body that issued it
- citizenship
- place of residence or temporary staying.
In the letter every individual should indicate what part of constituent capital this individual owns. Letter should be signed by the head (his vice ), attested with seal of juridical person (in accordance with demands of item 64 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and bank activity", item 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulating of markets of financial services").
