PRAVEX-BANK informs you about possibility to allocate your temporarily free funds on deposit accounts with our Bank under very profitable conditions.

Deposit account is opened free of charge for the period of up to two years in national currency, USD and EUR. Every deposit is drawn up by separate supplementary agreement to the Contract, where the amount, date of entry and return of monetary funds, interest rate and other conditions of deals on deposit account are regulated.

Return of funds from deposit account as well as return of accrued interest is performed by the Bank independently to the current account of legal entity indicated in the supplementary agreement.

Periods of allocation of standard deposit:

from 1 month to 2 years - on deposits in all types of currencies.

The following documents have to be submitted for opening of deposit account:

Copy of founding document (certified notarially or by registration authority);
Copy of order on assignment of the chief executive officer who has the right to act on behalf of the organization without power of attorney (certified by signature of chief executive officer and seal of the enterprise);
Copies of documents, confirming powers of the person who will sign deposit agreement and supplementary agreements to it - only for the persons whose powers are not determined by founding documents (certified by signature of the chief executive officer and seal of the enterprise);
Copy of certificate from the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine on inclusion to the State Unified Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (certified notarially or by the issuing authority, or by signature of the authorized bank employee);
Copy of certificate from the State Tax Inspectorate of Ukraine on registration of payer - form No. 4-OPP (certified notarially or by the issuing authority, or by signature of the authorized bank employee);
Copy of certificate on state registration in the body of executive power (certified notarially or by the issuing authority, or by signature of the authorized bank employee);
Letter notifying the Fund of social insurance against industrial accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine, on intention to open a deposit account with "PRAVEX-BANK" PJSCCB (MFO 321983, address: 9/2, Klovskyy Uzviz, Kyiv, 01021), only for legal entities that use hired labour, with a note of the Fund about receiving of this letter (with signature of the chief executive officer and seal of the enterprise);
Letter containing the following information: details of the account to which return of the deposit amount and interests accrued to it will be performed, - account number, bank name, its MFO (if foreign currency is transferred - additionally, details of intermediary bank), actual (postal) address (with signature of the chief executive officer and seal of the enterprise);
Balance of the enterprise (form No. 1), statement of financial performance (form No. 2) as of the last reporting date (with signature of the chief executive officer and seal of the enterprise);
Letter containing information that allows to perform identification of individuals who are the owners of the legal entity, holding 10% and more of the authorized capital, who have direct or indirect influence and receive economic benefit from activity of the enterprise. It has to be indicated in this letter as regards every individual - what part of the authorized capital is owned by this individual. The letter has to be signed by the manager (his/her deputy, sealed by the legal entity (in compliance with requirements of article 64 of the Law of Ukraine "On banks and banking activity", article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "On financial services and state regulation of financial services markets")).

At that, the following information has to be obligatorily indicated as regards individuals - real owners:

•For residents

First name, last name, patronymic;
Date of birth;
Passport series and number, date of its issue and issuing authority;
Place of residence (registration);
Identification number of tax payer.

•For non-residents

First name, last name, patronymic (if any);
Date of birth;
Passport series and number, date of its issue and issuing authority;
Nationality;
Place of residence or temporary residence.
