We would like to inform you that from 01.02.2009, PJSCCB PRAVEX-BANK is changing its general tariffs for settlement services of current accounts of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the national currency, and implementing the new tariff packages Econom, Standard, Start, Lux and Bezlimitny (tariffs for services included in the Predprinimatelsky and Optimal tariff packages remain unchanged).

You have the possibility of moving your business to the new tariff packages Standard, Start, Lux and Bezlimitny, paying a commission of UAH 200 for the change in the tariff package.

For corporate clients, PRAVEX-BANK offers the widest range of cash and settlement services. Much attention is paid to providing comprehensive services to the various categories of the clients: open and closed joint-stock companies, private and small enterprises, limited liability companies, budget institutions, joint ventures, foreign companies' representative offices, and embassies.

Due to the Bank's developed system of correspondent relations and the presence of a branch network in all the regions of Ukraine, legal entities have the possibility of effectively managing their funds and carrying out payments and transactions in cash and non-cash form in all the main types of currencies on their settlement, deposit, loan and other accounts opened with our Bank.

To open an account, the client should submit to the Bank the initial set of documents according to the requirements stipulated by the NBU (Instruction on Opening, Operating, and Closing Accounts in the National and Foreign Currencies, approved by Resolution of the Board of the NBU dated 12.11.03 No. 492). Documents for the opening of all bank accounts of enterprises should be personally submitted to the Bank by persons with the right to first and second signatures.
