List of the documents

•For immovable property mortgage:

1. Title document to the real estate object (sale and purchase, exchange, gift agreement, etc., title certificate, court decision certificate, etc., duly registered with the Technical Inventory Bureau (hereinafter - the BTI).
2. BTI certificate-characteristics (statement of registration of the title to the real estate, extract from the register of titles to the real estate).
3. Housing and maintenance office certificate of the balance value of the apartment.
4. Housing and maintenance office certificate of the registered persons (Form No. 3). With regard to private homes - home register.
5. Certificate of Joint-Stock Company Kyivenergo (Oblenergo) on the state of power supply settlements.
6. Housing and maintenance office certificate of no indebtedness on housing maintenance services and residential rental.
7. Technical passport of the real estate object (inventory file).
8. Passport of the owner(s), birth certificate for persons under 16.
9. STAU certificate of a TIN assignment for all owners of a real estate object.

For land plot:

1. State title act to the land plot;
2. If the land plot is not privatized - certificate from the local council that the land plot is not privatized;
3. Certificate from a local council body/land resources committee of the respective district department of land resources on the normative monetary evaluation of the land plot;
4. Act (report) on an independent expert evaluation of the land plot;
5. Certificate from the respective district department or the city (oblast cities) department (division) of land resources of the Land Committee of Ukraine on the limitations (encumbrances) for the use of the land plot - the certificate is provided if the land plot is privatized.
6. Other documents may be required if necessary.

List of documents on the real estate object where the owner is a legal entity

1. Legal entity Charter.
2. Memorandum.
3. All the amendments and additions to the Memorandum and Charter.
4. Certificate as of the current date, which, since the registration date of the Charter (and if the constituent documents were amended/added, or the management was changed, since the date of the last amendments/additions), no amendments and additions were made to the Charter/Memorandum and the management was not changed.
5. Legal entity state registration certificate.
6. Certificate of legal entity registration with the Uniform State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (statistics body certificate).
7. Minutes of the Meeting of Founders and order on the election of the Director (authorized representative).
8. Order on the appointment of the Director (authorized representative).
9. Passport of the Director (authorized representative). If the authorized representative acts on the basis of a power of attorney, the latter should be presented.
10. STAU certificate of no indebtedness to the budget on mandatory payments.
11. Minutes of the meeting of founders with the decision to act as a property surety provider.

If the legal entity has no accounts opened with PJSCCB PRAVEX-BANK, the documents indicated in paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 must be provided as notarized copies.

List of documents on a real estate object:

1. Title document to the real estate object (title certificate, sale and purchase agreement, etc.).
2. Certificate-characteristics from the Bureau of Technical Inventory (BTI).
3. Housing and maintenance office certificate of the balance value of the apartment.
4. Housing and maintenance office certificate of the registered persons (Form No. 3).

9. Decisions of the board of trustees (if minors take part in the privatization).
10. Birth certificate (if minors take part in the privatization).

•For car pledge (up to 3 years old):

• passport of the car owner;
• certificate of assignment of individual taxpayer identification number;
• vehicle registration certificate;
• documents confirming the title to the vehicle (sale and purchase, exchange, gift agreement, etc.);
• act of vehicle evaluation carried out by an independent evaluation body;
• other documents may be required if necessary.
