Tariffs

In the regional branches of Bukovyna, Mykolayiv, Poltava, Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Zakarpattya, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kherson, Lviv Oblast Directorates and the Zaporizhya, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Luhansk, Sumy, Vinnytsya branches and their outlets territorially located outside the city where the branch (Oblast Directorate) is located, and Head Office branches located outside the city of Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast:

1. Questionnaire consideration - UAH 13.20, VAT included.
2. Services on carrying out an evaluation of a pledge item by the evaluation entity agreed with the Bank are carried out according to the tariffs of the evaluation entity's activities.
3. Notarial services - on the notary's personal tariffs.
4. Cash settlement of the credit transaction - 1% of the credit amount in the national currency according to the NBU exchange rate*.
5. Mortgage item insurance with the insurance company agreed with the Bank - 0.3-0.8% (depending on the insurance company's tariffs) of the insurance amount.

In the regional departments of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kryvy Rih, Odesa, Sevastopol, Kharkiv branches (Oblast Directorates), territorially located outside the city where the branch (Oblast Directorate) is located:

1. Questionnaire consideration - UAH 26.40, VAT included.
2. Services on carrying out an evaluation of the pledge item by the evaluation entity agreed with the Bank are carried out according to the tariffs of the evaluation entity's activities.
3. Notarial services - on the notary's personal tariffs.
4. Cash settlement of the credit transaction - 1% of the credit amount in the national currency according to the NBU exchange rate*.
5. Mortgage item insurance with the insurance company agreed with the Bank - 0.3-0.8% (depending on the insurance company's tariffs) of the insurance amount.

In regional departments of Dnipropetrovsk, Kryvy Rih, Odesa, Kharkiv branches, Crimea Republic Directorate, Donetsk Oblast Directorate territorially located outside the city where a branch (Directorate) is located:

1. Questionnaire consideration - UAH 26.40, VAT included.
2. Services on carrying out an evaluation of the pledge item by the evaluation entity agreed with the Bank are carried out according to the tariffs of the evaluation entity's activities.
3. Notarial services - on the notary's personal tariffs.
4. Cash settlement of the credit transaction - 1% of the credit amount in the national currency according to the NBU exchange rate*.
5. Mortgage item insurance with the insurance company agreed with the Bank - 0.3-0.8% (depending on the insurance company's tariffs) of the insurance amount.

2. Services on carrying out an evaluation of the pledge item by the evaluation entity agreed with the Bank are carried out according to the tariffs of the evaluation entity's activities.
3. Notarial services - on the notary's personal tariffs.
4. Cash settlement of the credit transaction - 1% of the credit amount in the national currency according to the NBU exchange rate*.
5. Mortgage item insurance with the insurance company agreed with the Bank - 0.3-0.8% (depending on the insurance company's tariffs) of the insurance amount.

If a vehicle is pledged, the following additional payments are stipulated:

• Extract from the State Register of Encumbrances on Movable Property - UAH 51.6, VAT included.
• Entry in the State Register of Encumbrances on Movable Property - UAH 84.00, VAT included
