• Series АГ No 579931, dated September, 2011, for professional activities on the stock market - trade in securities: brokerage (valid from October 7, 2011 through October 7, 2016).
• Series АГ No 579932, dated September, 2011, for professional activities on the stock market - trade in securities: dealer activities (valid from October 7, 2011 through October 7, 2016).
• Series АГ No 579933, dated September, 2011, for professional activities on the stock market - trade in securities: underwriting (valid from October 7, 2011 through October 7, 2016).
• Series АВ No 493293 dated July 16, 2008, for performance of professional activity at the stock market - activity on securities management (license validity period - 16.07.2008 - 16.07.2013).
  
• Series АГ No 579934, dated September, 2011, for professional activities on the stock market - custodian activities: securities custodian activities , (valid from October 7, 2011 through October 7, 2016).

The Bank is a participant of:

• Participant of clearing depositary Private Joint-Stock Company «All-Ukrainian depositary of securities»;
• Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange CJSC;
• Subsidiary Company PFTS Stock Exchange;
• Self-regulating organization Professional Association of Registrars and Depositaries;
• Participant of self-governing organization «Association «Ukrainian stock traders».

The investment business is one of the Bank's priority fields of operation.
