• series AB № 189671 from 06.10.2006 for accomplishing professional activity on stock market - activity on trading securities: dealer activity (term of license validity 06.10.2006 - 06.1.2011)
• series AB № 189672 from 06.10.2006  on accomplishing professional activity on stock market - activity on trading securities: underwriting (term of license validity 06.10.2006 - 06.10.2011)
• series AB № 189673 from 06.10.2006 on accomplishing professional activity on stock market - depositary activity: depositary activity of securities holder (term of license validity 06.10.2006 - 06.10.2011)

Bank is: 

• participant of clearing depositary OAO "Interregional stock union";
• participant  of ZAO "Ukrainian interbank currency exchange"
  
• participant of affiliated enterprise "Stock exchange PFTS";
• participant of self-regulated organization "Professional association of registrars and depositaries"
