Periods and downpayment
Period for which credit is provided for private houses purchase, - to 25 years, with downpayment 10%, or to 20 years, with downpayment 5%, in the following population aggregates of Kyiv and Kyiv region: Boryspil (Boryspil district), Boyarka, Brovary (Brovary district), Bucha, Vasylkiv, Vyshneve, Vorzel, Vyshhorod (Vyshhorod district), Glevakha, Irpin (Iropin district), Obukhiv, Kozyn, Ukrayinka.
In other regions crediting period is to 15 years with downpayment 10%.
With credit amount more than USD 500 000 or in equivalent in Euro, hryvnia crediting period - by 20 years with downpayment 20%.
