•List of documents for consideration of the application for the land plot purchase credit
- State title certificate for the land plot issued on the basis of a decision of the state or local authority, sale and purchase, exchange, gift agreement, etc.
- Certificate from the respective district department or the city (oblast cities) department (division) of land resources of the Land Committee of Ukraine on the normative monetary evaluation of the land plot.
- Certificate from the respective district department or the city (oblast cities) department (division) of land resources of the Land Committee of Ukraine on limitations (encumbrances) for the use of the land plot.
- Certificate of the local BTI on the absence of buildings (structures) on the land plot.
- Report on the expert monetary evaluation of the land plot.
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine for the owner (for persons under 16 - a birth certificate) or passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad, or residence permit.
- STAU certificate of a TIN assignment for all the owners of a land plot.
