Conditions of a credit on a property pledge

1. Interest rates

For individual credits newly granted by PJSCCB PRAVEX-BANK on mortgages (apartments, houses with land plots, non-residential premises) in the national and foreign currencies.

2. Credit terms

For individual credits newly granted by PJSCCB PRAVEX-BANK on a standard mortgage program (apartments, houses with land plots, non-residential premises) in the national and foreign currencies depending on the credit amount.

The maximum credit filling on a real estate mortgage is 50% of its assessed value.

3. On a pledge of a car by a foreign manufacturer not older than 3 years:

• Credit term - up to 1 year;
• Filling - up to 50% of the assessed value;

4. On a pledge of money claim rights under a bank deposit agreement:

• The credit may be issued for any term, but not longer than the bank deposit agreement validity term;
• The interest rate on the credit depends on the deposit agreement interest rate, but will not be less than 24.99%;
• Credit filling - up to 95% of the deposit amount.

Only deposits opened with PJSCCB PRAVEX-BANK are taken under a pledge.
