2. Crediting periods
on reissued credits in JSCB "PRAVEX-BANK" to individuals under standard crediting program under real estate mortgage (flats, houses with ground area, ground area, and industrial premises) in foreign and national currencies depending on credit amount

Maximal coverage on credits under real estate mortgage - 70% of assessed value.
3. Under pledge of car of foreign manufacture at the age of 3 years:
- Crediting period - up to 1 year;
- Coverage - up to 50% of assessed value;
- Interest rates: 15% of annuals in USD, 14% of annuals in EUR, 20% of annuals in UAH.
4. Under pledge of rights of money claim on banking deposit agreement credit can be drawn for any period, but not more than validity term of deposit agreement. Client pays on credit on 4-5% annuals more than on deposit.
