In case of card loss or theft you lose not money but only method of getting to it. In such cases you should only inform about it an employee of bank support that works round-the-clock by phone 8-800-500-4-500 (free all over Ukraine) or (044) 201-16-17, after this your card will be immediately blocked and nobody will be able to use your money. After repeated free drawing up of card your money will be available for you again.
CONTROL OF ACCOUNT BALANCE
You can get extracts as to your card account in cash machines of the bank, by mail message, in case you have a mobile telephone - to get SMS (connecting to service "SMS-banking" is free).
