It is very simple to precise the amount of consumer credit repayment, as current one and the amount for the final repayment. It is necessary to call to Bank’s information center at: 38 044 201-1661, 8 800 500 4 500 and, to listen to the information with the help of prompts of voice menu doing necessary actions.
It is necessary: to call to information center, to transfer telephone into tone regime, to choose service which you want to use, to enter the date of credit agreement drawing up, to enter credit agreement number without spacers, to choose the variant for the precision of amount to be paid (current repayment or final one), to listen to the information.
